HR - Admin Abuse Documentation

This thread is dedicated to addressing admin corruption within the server. It will deal with documenting admin abuse (i.e. rule breaking, killing server population intentionally, etc).
This thread is not a discussion board, you will not be able to dispute your claims here. If there is a problem, please submit an admin abuse thread in the appropriate section.
This thread will remain a tool for the HR team to document abuse and use the documentation to give a verdict on an admins position or future promotion.

Exploiting the map, also done on a low population server (would kill the server if not addressed promptly)

Witness, in the form of the server owner, Donitz, during our time on the server.

Date of incident:
8:59 PM EST Ban was issued, the offence in video took place around 8:15 PM EST
Admin abuse displayed:
In the video, rules #3 was broken by two regulars, Devil (admin), and Pizzaboy 2011 (Ari). After several warnings for them to stop breaking the vending machine which would enable a quick victory for zombies (which ended up taking like an extra 15min), they broke it to troll me just like they have been doing pretty much all day, I finally got around to recording them here.
Name of the accused:
Devil's Master (received 30min ban 1 Rule broken- THIS WAS ONLY ISSUED BECAUSE OF THE DEMEANOR HE DISPLAYED ALL DAY TOWARDS ME, these kinds of lengthy bans should not be issued for similar offences, this is a special circumstance that is between me Devil and Donitz).
Pizzaboy 2011 (received 60min ban 2 Rules broken - THIS WAS ONLY ISSUED BECAUSE OF THE DEMEANOR HE DISPLAYED ALL DAY TOWARDS ME, these kinds of lengthy bans should not be issued for similar offences, this is a special circumstance that is between me Devil and Donitz).
Hint* Saying stuff like I have no power will not result in a lesser sentence. I want to do my job around here, STOP making it difficult for me to do it, I don't want to be harassed ALL the time by you, so let this be a primary warning to stop the trolling.
All future evidence towards me regarding the two accused will be recorded. Considering the special circumstances surrounding our disputes and several interventions from Donitz, they will NOT be taken lightly.

Logs, and witness' of others to confirm the constant breaking of rule #8 from Ari.
