*UaS*Private John Doe's HR Application
USERNAME: *UaS*Private John Doe
POSITION: Currently Admin - Applying for HR
REASONING FOR POSITION: We have a great multitude of Admins and Moderators; however, from my understanding they can't really do much in the ways of solving the countless reports of abuse or actions against our staff. I would like to become HR so I can regulate the server a bit more in the terms of the community to staff and etc... Many people complain about Admin abuse, but as an admin we have to take time out of our superior's day to actually get a ruling. Due to this, I wish to be able to accept the requests to investigate those matters, as well as being able to defend our staff should their credibility be on the line. I don't believe in HR Members having the final say, but I wish they be able to make an on-hand decision.
HR will also allow me to take input from the players, to influence major decisions that may be enacted that might just ruin the playability or quality of entertainment our players recieve. The players should be our primary focus when it comes to additions that might make downloads longer or stability drop.
This position is not for the purposes of superiority or "assurance of importance", but rather to keep the game rolling immediately instead of letting it roll. I wish to solve issues permanently rather then let them go on until we are all sick of it.
I am good for this position due to my seniority on the server, the time as staff on different servers as well as this one, and my ability to solve issues efficiently (when one or more parties are listening, sometimes it may take some action to keep things peaceful) and my ability to communicate with all the staff members that are on the server.

Age 16 - 1/29/1999
~2200 Hours on GMOD
~200 Hours on HUG
1000K + hours administrating Multiple Servers

I am in favor of this applicant receiving a staff position in HUG Gaming or getting promoted
BUT... I will post-pone judgement until this post ages a little more, it seems to early to judge right now and I want to see what other people in the community think before I officially move you into the prestigious HR division.

The reasons for this judgement are as follows (keep in mind that these may or may not be personal assessments that I have made of this player and are subject to change):
- Recommended by Donitz.
- Application is well made in comparison to the other applications, shows you are committed to achieving this position.
- Seems like you are active on both the forums and game.
- Taking interest in a newly forming organization within HUG Gaming, that I aim to keep professional, which it seems like you are taking seriously.
- Have never seen you break rules, exploit, or use poor discretion in terms of admin usage (keep in mind that I have limited time played with you and this is subject to change when displayed).
- Well liked in the community (as far as I know), I mean, you got Donitz to +1 you fairly in this application so you're doing something right
Some bad things about this specific player:
- Haven't been as active in game recently due to an occurrence that I would rather not mention, so its hard to point out the bad things here (subject to change).
