Yeah I think that's best. I don't think it's a big deal and it forces them to provide text proof of their belligerence.

They can't do a lot of things. I'm going to give things you see in the rules back to some people and keep others at the same rank. Maybe I'll give gagging and muting back. I have to think about all this.

Moderators can't gag or mute anymore.

Here are some definitive rules for staff members so far. Thank you Ferret for compiling this list! I have made some changes where I felt they were needed.

DISOBEYING ANY OF THESE AND AUTOMATIC DEMOTION TO USER NO MORE SECOND CHANCES UNLESS THERE IS CLEAR EVIDENCE THAT YOU DIDN'T MEAN TO

1.Absolutely no spawning weapons in for players, unless you clearly saw someone take their weapon.
2.NO changing the gamemode to sandbox when server population is low. We might establish set times for sandbox mode in the future.
3.Do not randomly redeem someone in a round unless they're boss with 4 brains and ask for a redeem.
3a.If you redeem someone before a round due to trigger hurt ect. make sure to strip them of their weapons.
4.Do not noclip in the middle of a round for no reason. (reason is debatable)
5.Teleport is for getting people back inside the map and for people who are actually stuck and the stuck command isn't working.
6.Do not disrespect the players or other staff, everyone has bad days don't take it out on others.
7.If someone is being lagged by the jukebox stop the music.
8.If people ask for staff direct them to the forums (https://huggaming.rpg-board.net/f3-admin-applications).
9.If a player thinks you're abusing direct them to the forums (https://huggaming.rpg-board.net/f7-admin-abuse).
10.If you witness someone hacking, record it then proceed with the ban. (RECORDING IS A MUST, IF THEY COME BACK REPORT TO A HIGH AUTHORITY)
11.Every staff member will have someone who doesn't like them, try to ignore it, if it gets too much report it to higher authority.
12.If someone is complaining about everything ask them to stop if they don't, mute them if it keeps going kick.
13.DO NOT USE ANY POWERS WITHOUT REASON.
14.If the server population is low do not spawn anything to make it more fun without Lamb Chops or Donitz's permission. Some things I will pardon even without either of us around is: grenade spawning at the end of the round, redeeming people at the end of the round, spawning a strider during low population if people seem open to it but if it picks up, please get rid of it.
15.Do not force change the map at the end of a round to one you want.

Everything in this thread is subject to change should I see fit or if a rule clearly should not exist or needs adding to.
