3rd Street Exploit and Shading Patched

I just fixed 3rd Street by lowering the Skybox and raising the Player Clip. The problem before was people could get on top of the roof and then jump on top of the Player Clip (An invisible wall that prevents players from going through). I have screenshots of before I fixed it and after I fixed it. I also included 2 screenshots of what it looked like when a player got on top of it before. Remember, a Player Clip prevents EVERYONE from going through. So the zombies cant reach the humans on top of it. Which is exploiting the map.

I also fixed the problem where everything would have a shade of purple on it, including the Firstperson view of the weapons.
